Summary

Membrainy is a fully automatic membrane analysis tool designed to work with GROMACS xtc/trr/tpr/cpt/pdb/gro files. Membrainy has a wide range of features, which include:

Gel/Fluid percentages Area per lipid Bilayer thickness Lipid Order Parameters Headgroup Orientations Surface 2D maps Thickness 2D maps Lipid Demixing entropy

Membrainy has been hard coded with the force-field parameters for CHARMM, GROMOS and Martini for your convenience.

As we are currently in the alpha stage, not all lipid types have been implemented.
