Summary

This dataset consists of single-read mappability (bigBed files) and multi-read mappability (bigWig files) of human and mouse genomes and methylomes (bisulfite-converted genome). We provide mappability information for the two most recent assemblies  each organism, and for four different read lengths (24 bp, 36 bp, 50 bp, and 100 bp). The human genomes and methylomes have an additional read length of 122 bp.
