Summary

An interactive web-based tool was developed for visualizing and exploring the time-varying reproduction number and time delays from infection to onset, to reporting and inclusion in the estimation of Rt,τ on a regional level for Austria. Users can choose the Austrian state, sliding time window length τ and overlay the AGES Rt,13 estimate.
