immunarch 0.5.5 We are 0.5.5 now! This is a minor release. Data input We fixed incorrect parsing of MiXCR for files with "," Gene usage analysis We fixed gene usage function. An option to handle ambiguous data .ambig="maj" is now working correctly on non-IMGT genes. We fixed gene usage function bug when applied to a list of a single element didn't work.
