Summary

This project provides fortran scripts allowing to run single- and multiple-trait structured antedependence models with ASReml3 for studying data with repeated measurements.

It contains 3 fortran programs: saduni.f90 for single-trait SAD model; sadmulti.f90 for multiple-trait SAD model; matrixSAD.f90 to calculate variance-covariance matrix using SAD parameters and a tutorial (SAD_tutorial.docx)

(To use saduni.f90 and sadmulti.f90 with ASReml4 see additional notes)
