Relevant Changes

Added data regarding the effects of Mhc-GAL4 driven knockdown. This potentially late-acting driver had no effects on birth rates or climibing, but did have deleterious effects on the lifespan of the animals. This was done primarily in #19 and #18 . Tested role of fusion and expression of Myh proteins with rapamycin treatment. This was done primarily in #19 and #15 Evaluated protein stability of MyoD. We found that MyoD proteinwas degraded quickly with rapamycin treatment, but that the mRNA was unaffected. This was done in issue #16 Several other minor clarifications were also made in issue #17 and #14
