Summary

Code and data used in our study "Not seeing the forest for the trees: Size of the minimum spanning trees (MSTs) forest and branch significance in MST-based phylogenetic analysis". The original development repository is available at https://bitbucket.org/phyloviz/popsim-analysis. MLST datasets included for testing and experiments were retrieved on 2014-06-24 from MLST.net, PubMLST.org and Institute Pasteur, where more recent versions can be found.
