Summary

R4Kappa: library for statistical sampling of kappa parameter space

The package provides a infrastructure required to simulate kappa model with various parameter sets and analyse results of such simulations.

Installation

To install from source download archive, upack, move into the R4Kappa folder and run:

R CMD BUILD rkappa R CMD INSTALL rkappa_version_number.tar.gz

To install from binary download tar.gz file and run:

R CMD INSTALL rkappa_version_number.tar.gz Models

Models for the paper "RKappa: Statistical sampling suite for Kappa models" are located in the directory models.
