Summary
This package supplements our recent paper on automatic image segmentation using Non-negative Matrix Factorisation (NMF) [1]. This release adds bugfixes and adapts the regNMF notebook to use the data which has been uploaded from zenodo.org.

This release includes improvements towards re-usability of the code.
The code is now contained in a module called "regnmf". The data is now stored with a DOI at zenodo.org. Updated eamples/regNMF.ipynb to reflect this change.More information
