Summary

This is an initial implementation of Ansible support. All overlapping Bash and Bash handling code has been stripped from the Perl launcher and transferred to seqware-bag and pancancer-bag.

Instructions on usage are available in the README. Please also see the features and limitations in the bag repositories.

This has been tested using only JSON config files on AWS (cluster and node) and Openstack (cluster and node) with some ad hoc testing with SeqWare deployment handled either by artifactory or via git.
