Summary

The OmicABEL (pronounced as "amicable") package allows rapid mixed-model based genome-wide association analysis; it efficiently handles large datasets, and both single trait and multiple trait ("omics") analysis. The latest source code can be found in the ‘OmicABEL.tgz’ file and the conversion script can be found in the ‘convertGenAOmicA.R’ text file.
