Summary

idr-GPU is CUDA implementation of existing IDR software. The original software is written in R and maintained by Anshul Kundaje. Link for the CPU code - https://sites.google.com/site/anshulkundaje/projects/idr

The primary use of this software is to measure the reproducibility of findings identified from replicate high throughput experiments and provide highly stable thresholds based on reproducibility.
