Summary

This dataset contains values of Fv/Fm (maximum potential quantum efficiency of Photosystem II) for two coral species, Acropora hemprichii and Porites lobata, in response to thermal stress. Experiments were performed in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia in July-August 2019. For a complete list of measurements, refer to the full dataset description in the supplemental file 'Dataset_description.pdf'.
